2025 Philadelphia Eagles Mock Draft (All Picks)

In recent years, the Philadelphia Eagles have been one of the most polarizing teams during NFL Draft season. They strategically ensure they are making the best possible selection, even if that means trading up to get their guy. They cashed in on their draft success last season by winning a Super Bowl. The team's general manager, Howie Roseman, told ESPN, "If you look at our drafts from 2022 to 2024, we had eight starters in the Super Bowl from those drafts."

This year, the Eagles have eight more opportunities to add fresh faces to their roster. Based on the team's current needs and where players are projected to be drafted, the following list of talent should be on the Eagles' radar during the weekend of April 26th, 2025.

Round 1 (#32): OG Donovan Jackson

Donovan Jackson from Ohio State is listed as an offensive guard, but he also has collegiate experience playing offensive tackle. The Eagles may not be in immediate offensive line help, but historically, drafting and developing players under offensive line coach, Jeff Stoutland, has paid its dividends.

Jackson could be a valuable piece to add to Philadelphia's strongest unit. They lost guard Mekhi Becton in free agency, so Jackson could serve as an immediate replacement for him. If the Eagles are thinking long-term, Jackson could be a suitable replacement for tackle Lane Johnson when he retires. Jackson is also a 2024 national champion, so he should fit right in with a team that is focused on winning titles now.

Round 2 (#64): TE Mason Taylor

One of the downsides to winning a Super Bowl is that the price of every player on the roster immediately goes up. Eagles' tight end Dallas Goedert is set to receive a new contract after the 2025 season, and unfortunately, he may end up being too expensive for the Eagles to retain. For that reason, tight end is a position the Eagles should look to draft, and Mason Taylor from L.S.U. would be a respectable candidate.

Physically, Taylor is near identical to Eagles' legend Zach Ertz; both stand at 6'5" with Taylor officially billed at only 1 lb. heavier. Goedert and Ertz coexisted on the Eagles for three seasons, so it can be inferred Taylor and Goedert would be able to do the same for at least one. Additionally, adding Taylor would give Jalen Hurts another reliable pass-catcher in 2025. Defenses already struggled to stop the Eagles from moving the ball last season, and another weapon at their disposable would do nothing but make it more difficult for their opponents this upcoming year.

Round 3 (#96): EDGE Ashton Gillotte

Defensive edge is a position many people believe the Eagles should address early in the NFL Draft this year. That is largely due to the losses of Brandon Graham and Josh Sweat.

Some may question waiting until the late third round to grab an edge rusher, but Ashton Gillotte from Louisville would be great value at that spot. He is athletically gifted, and has one of the best R.A.S. numbers in this year's class. According to Ken Lee Platte from RAS.com, "[Gillotte] scored a 9.75 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 52 out of 2,029 DE from 1987 to 2025." Gillotte may not be an immediate producer in Philadelphia, but he would be a nice role player at a position group that is consistently among the league's best.

Round 4 (#134): LB Smael Mondon Jr.

Smael Mondon Jr. is a linebacker from Georgia, so he fits the bill for the type of player Howie Roseman tends to target.

Additionally, Mondon Jr. is another prospect that is athletically gifted. Of all linebackers who attended the NFL Combine, he received an 84 athleticism score, the best at his position. The Eagles already have a solid linebacker tandem with Nakobe Dean and Zack Baun, but Mondon Jr. would provide the team with more depth at the position.

Round 5 (#161, #164, #165, & #168):

It is tough to predict which players will fall beyond the 150th draft selection, but the Eagles will have a great opportunity to add to their roster with four draft picks in the fifth round. To round out their 2025 class, they should target the following.
